With 45 years of industry experience, Norman Luck, our Service Department Manager, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to St. Augustine Marina. Starting as a mechanic under the guidance of Mr. Small, the founder of our marina, Norman honed his skills before moving on to a corporate position at OMC. Having worked as a certified field technician and dealer auditor in various territories, Norman has returned to our team in retirement, sharing his invaluable experience and diagnostic skills for the benefit of our patrons.

Lead Technician -All Models
Wiliam has lent his technical expertise to St. Augustine Marina since the early 90’s. Always mechanically minded, he was recognized for his engineering and technical knowlege and ability to fix virtually any small engine / outboard by Jimmy Beach in 1991 and the rest is history. He has given us and our patrons 33 years (and counting) of dedicated service.
